      Dgroups2 is, no doubt very active with the international metters. I would like to draw the attn that cooperative & rural development need more thoughts & action at international lavel.Being IEC , Rural development & cooperative expert I would suggest to form a saperate plateform to knew each other & to serve to the common mass too
